Is Servatio really warranty management software, or just a CRM? +

Both, intentionally. We model warranty as a first-class lifecycle event — alerts, playbooks, leakage reports — and we give you a customer-centric view of every machine. CRMs track prospects; ERPs track invoices; Servatio tracks the post-sale relationship.

When is Servatio available? +

We're onboarding the first 10 founding customers between summer and autumn 2026, with broader availability across the US and Europe in late 2026 / early 2027. Join the waitlist and we'll be in touch within 48 hours.

We already have a CRM and ERP. Why add another tool? +

Where is my data stored? +

EU customers: Frankfurt region. US customers: AWS us-east-1. GDPR + HIPAA-aligned architecture. DPA available. We never sell or share customer-identifiable data.

What if my installed base is in Excel or paper? +
