What happens at the end of the 30-day free trial?
Your data stays. You pick a plan to keep using Servatio, or you can export everything and walk away — no penalty. We don't downgrade you to a "free forever" tier; the trial is a real evaluation period, not a freemium hook.
Do I need to provide a credit card to start the trial?
No. You only enter payment details when you upgrade at the end of the trial.
What if I have more than 1,000 equipment units?
Talk to us about Scale — pricing scales by total installed-base size, not by hard tier. Dealers running 5K-50K units typically land between $1,200/mo and $4,000/mo.
Can I import existing data from Excel, HubSpot or competitors?
Yes — XLSX import uses AI to map your columns automatically. Migration from Miracle Service, Field Force Tracker, or HubSpot is supported via export-then-import. Founding customers get migration support included.
Does the AI assistant use my data to train ChatGPT?
No. We use the Anthropic API with workspace-level no-training settings. Your installed-base data is never used to train any model. Network benchmarks are aggregated only (k-anonymity ≥ 5) and contain zero personally identifiable information.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing cycle. Annual plans get a prorated refund.
